We provide fully furnished short-term apartments with a warm, home-like atmosphere for visitors to the Cleveland Clinic and University Circle area. Many of our guests are families supporting loved ones through medical care, so we understand the importance of comfort during a stressful time. Over the years as landlords, my wife Mika and I have welcomed hundreds of guests, building lasting friendships and finding joy in creating a caring, supportive environment that feels like a home away from home.
Comfortable
Our apartments are fully furnished in a style mimicking a lived-in home. Each apartment is completely private with its own bathroom and is styled with comfort in mind, mimicking a lived-in home.
Well-Equipped
Parking and laundry are provided for free on site. The apartments have cable TV and Wi-Fi. Our kitchens are fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and appliances so you can prepare meals just like at home.
Convenient
Travel time to the Cleveland Clinic, University Hospital, and CWRU from each of the apartments is 3 - 25 minutes by foot, bus or car. The apartments also walking distance to cafes, restaurants, cleaners, grocery stores, a movie theater and a library.

There are so few places that rent for an extended short stay, that one could easily take advantage of the market, this isn't the case with Mr. Jones. It was so much nicer for my sister to rent from Mr. Jones as opposed to a small depressing hotel room. She needed any positive thing she could get.
